Shipping & Returns

Snappy Popcorn has most if not all machines and product in stock and ready to ship. We pride ourselves on the amount of inventory we have in order to serve you! Because we are located in the center of the U.S., most of our customers will receive their orders in 2-5 business days if shipped by UPS Ground. Most orders placed before 2:00 CST will be shipped the same day the order is placed.
Snappy Popcorn does not offer free shipping. If your order does not display a shipping cost, the weight of your order has exceeded our programmable limits or you have selected Motor Freight.

Motor freight orders will usually ship the next business day. If you select motor freight, Snappy will contact you with the shipping costs before we ship.

If you do not select Motor Freight for a Motor Freight only product, the shipping may be incorrect. Snappy will contact you with the correct shipping price before we ship you the order.

Machines from our site are sent with an adult direct signature required.  The person signing must be at least 21 years of age.

Please call our facility for expedited quotes on 4, 6, and 8 oz. poppers and carts. Our online system is unable to calculate expedited shipping on these items. Thank you.

Return Policy
Snappy Popcorn does allow returns under most circumstances.

All equipment may be returned unused, in its original packaging, right side up, within 30 days of purchase. All items not returned in the original packaging will incur a 10% restocking fee. Only product, not freight, will be credited.

In the case of any returned equipment, Snappy will authorize a pickup on the equipment at the customer's expense and location. Please call Snappy at 800-742-0228 to arrange a pick up. This will insure that the equipment has proper insurance and it will also save you, the customer, the time and hassle to haul it to your local shipping location.

Any equipment returned to Snappy Popcorn by the customer under the customer's own shipping choices and not by Snappy Popcorn will be under the liability and expense of the customer and not Snappy Popcorn. If you choose to ship an item back to Snappy Popcorn instead of having Snappy Popcorn issue a call tag, please make sure you have proper insurance on the item. If you choose to send any item back at your expense, Snappy Popcorn will not be liable for any damage or loss during shipping.

There is 15% restocking fee that applies on all returned machines and carts made by Benchmark USA (Premier, Street Vendor and Metropolitan).
