Shipping Information

*Free Shipping is available for many of our products. However, our large concession equipment must ship motor freight. Regular UPS/FedEx Rates will not apply and freight charges on these items are additional. Snappy Popcorn will contact you with freight charges for approval.

We cannot ship to PO Boxes. However, if an order is placed with a PO Box shipping address Snappy Popcorn will contact you for an alternative address. If Snappy Popcorn cannot contact you the order will be cancelled.

 

Return Policy

Snappy Popcorn allows returns under most circumstances. All equipment may be returned unused, in its original packaging, right side up, within 30 days of purchase. Items not returned in the original packaging will incur a 10% restocking fee. We will issue customers a full credit for the product at the time of the return being received (not including freight).

 Please contact us at 800-742-0228 to make arrangements for product returns. We can authorize an equipment pickup at the customer's location, with the shipping expense to be paid by the customer. By working directly with Snappy to process returns, this will ensure that the equipment has proper insurance during shipment and also eliminate the hassles of transporting product to your local shipping location.

 If a customer chooses to return products using their own shipping method, please make sure you have proper insurance on the items. The liability and expense of returning products and equipment without return authorization from Snappy will be the customer's responsibility. Snappy will not be liable for any damage or loss during shipping.

 Please note: There is a 15% restocking fee that applies for all returned machines and carts made by Benchmark USA (Premier, Street Vendor and Metropolitan).
