A 100W element is installed in the base of the unit, allowing the heat to rise through your product and ensuring a consistently warm and delicious snack for your customers! A stainless steel and tempered glass construction provides durability and ease of cleaning, while select components can even be cleaned in a dishwasher for optimum convenience at the end of the day. A 120V electrical connection is required for operation.
